High Court is a court of record and you can file a case for contempt of the order of the High Court in the High Court, Delhi itself. I hope the publisher was a party in the case wherein you have obtained an order from the High Court. You will just have to file one contempt case and also you can ask for cost to be imposed on the publisher.

File a contempt petition in the Delhi High Court itself since by the stay order passed by this court itself, they were slapped with a nationwide ban in selling this book. The Delhi High Court is having competent jurisdiction to issue necessary order in the matter of contempt of it's stay.

1. File a criminal contempt for violation of the court order.

2.in the same court you can file the contempt petition.

3.It is the same court/judge which hears the contempt of its own order.

4.No case of defamation though lie for this.

With the proof of evidence for the alleged cause of action, you may file a petition before the same court which has passed an order of injunction on the subject matter, for contempt of court against the respondent.
