• Recruitment by Assam Gramin Vikas bank

Sir I was provisionally allotted Assam gramin Vikas bank which was conducted by IBPS through RRB CWE 5. It was on March 10th that the results were announced but till date no correspondence was given by the said bank. As such I filed an RTI with assam gramin Vikas bank and the reply was shocking , the vacancies advertised in by the said bank in IBPS CWE RRB 5 were not accorded official approval by United bank of India which is the sponsored bank as per RRB ACT. Please advise what steps can be taken

you can file a writ petition with regards to the same in High Court; but what relief will you claim will remain the moot question. Since the seats has not been notified by the bank therefore liability of some officers will be fixed.

You can file a writ before the high court in this regard seeking its intervention, relief and remedy since you were allotted with the employment after following the procedures properly.

The information obtained through RTI act may be a supporting evidence to you on this.

The bank may not give a reply or intimation to the successful candidates fearing legal onslaughts by the affected parties hence it would be better you proceed from your side on the basis of the information procured through RTI act.
