Car accident
Hi , I met with an accident and opp vehicle was trying to avoid the pothole and I tried to avoid his was and both banged , unfortunately I was on other side of the road as I was tried to avoid him , his vehicular was commercial and there was no major injuries and my vehicle apart from me my inlaws are serious and treatment going on , however FIR lodged against me on IPC 275/17., 279 and 337 . In FIR opp party asked to take action on me and as I was admitted to hospital after 3 days I read the FIR and I had to sign . Please let me know what will be the consequences and if my car insurence company will pay me completely as it's a totall loss and it's comprehensive insurence what I carry . Thanks

You have to contest case filed against you for rash and negligent driving
Burden of proof is upon prosecution to prove that you were driving rashly and negligently
