Send him/her a legal notice to refrain from doing this with immediate effect. In case they still continue to do the wrong, file a suit for infringement of copyright and seek damages you have suffered on account of this infringement.

You can first report this to face book and youtube and FB will immediately remove then and then you can file a complaint in the cyber cell of Delhi Police.

1. Go to the nearest police station to file a complaint against him for copyright violation. If police does not trace him out and proceed against the law then you can file a complaint case under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C to seek binding directions to police.

2.Furthermore, if you know his location then serve him a lawyer's notice.

If your works are copyright protected then you may issue a legal notice to the person and initiate appropriate legal action after that.
