How to access marriage records Arya Samaj temple (Haryana) Y2007
I want to access the marriage records of Arya Samaj temples of Ambala & Yamunanagar for year 2007 onwards? Case Details-> The marriage date is shown in year 2008 in certificate but it was not registered in D C Office.. Earlier they were telling us that marriage certificate issued from Ambala (Haryana),but now they have submitted marriage certificate issued from Yamunanagar, so we are pretty sure it is fake. Is there any central repository (in Delhi or Haryana) where Arya Samaj Mandir marriage certificates can be cross verified? I dont think RTI would help in this as Arya Samaj is private entity. Also I dont want to get the person get notified in advance therefore seek all records from year 2007 onwards. Currently seek help regarding obtaining the marriage records. Based on the information under documents I would proceed further. I will suitably pay for the documents based on the agreement. Need legal and professional assistance by which I can obtain details of marriages performed in those temples in quick manner. ~Vikas

I think you will have to personally visit the concerned Arya Samaj Mandir and personally inspect their records year by year. Apart from this, there does not appears any other feasible way of getting the information/detail which you want.
-You may engage the services of a local lawyer to inspect these records. He will be in a better position than you to convince the concerned Official/Authority at the time of seeking permission for inspection.
Since these are private entities, officially you cannot obtain the records from them so easily.
Only a court order would be able to procure the records and not by any individual effort.
You can try to obtain them through a private detective agency too.
You can go to that particular arya samaj mandir and can peruse the record in there register, that is the only way to check the records. You can take help of a local lawyer.
