• I want to increase my health coverage from my employer

I want to increase my and my family dependents health cover with my employer. And I am ready to pay premium for that , but my employer says there is no such provision.

That is right if there is no such thing available in the policy of the company, then they can not provide such facility. You can alternatively that premium to some other insurance co. And get the benifit.

If there is no provision for that under employment scheme you cannot force your employer for this

But nothing prevents you from taking insurance on your own.
