your brother is entitled to apply for OBC NL certificate as your father income is less than one lakh

Sir, I am working in an MNC company at Delhi & my annual income is 8.5 Lakhs. My brother is now looking for a job. Annual Income of my Father is <1 Lakh ( He is doing small business in Native place). Mother is house maker. My doubt is that whether my Brother is eligible to OBC-NCL reservation while applying for jobs?

If the total income of parents are above 6 lakhs per annum , then he will considered in creamy layer .. Brother income is not considered
Thanks both of you for the response. So, what are all the documents to be submitted while applying for the OBC-NCL certificate (In Kerala) for the income proof of parents?

Since your father income is less than Rs one lakh per annum he would not be filing any income tax returns
2) audited accounts of his business reflecting his income should suffice
1. Since the income of your father is below one lakh rupees your brother can apply for OBC certificate.
2. Your income is totally immaterial in so far as your brother's eligibility to get OBC certificate is concerned.
3. The accounts of your father audited by an auditor shall suffice,
