Sir meri wife ne mujhpe jhute dovery case ki F.I.R 2 month pahle karayi thi,i s samay matter sulah samjhauta kendra me chal raha hai,wife aur mere bich alag hone ke liye kuch compesation amount tay hua hai,compensation amount ka demand draft banakar sulah samjhauta kendra me dena hai jo ki meri wife ko diya jayega,s ulah samjhauta kendra me ek notary pr ye likha jayega ki itna compensation amount tay Hua hai,aur aaj ke bad dono kahi bhi marriage karne ke liye free hai aur agar future me koi case ladki dwara ya ladke dwara kiya jata hai to wo manya nahi hoga. Sir mai itna janna chata hu ki is certificate ki validity kitni hoti hai,is certificate ke issue hone ke bad bhi divorce ki jarurat hai ya nahi.

Sulah samjhauta kendra me jo bhi samjhauta hua hai, wo poorna tarah se kaanooni hai. par is samjhaute ke hone ke uprant bhi aap dono ko family court me jaakar divorce lena padega.
mai lucknow me hi vakalat karta hoon, koi zarurat pade to bataiyega.

divorce ka jaroorat padega kyoki jab samjhouta ho gaya hai ki dona log alag rahenge to is samjhoute ko lagu karne ke liye ek divorce suit dayar karna chahiye jisme court se decree liya jaye ki dono party mein samjhouta ho gaya hai, dono alag rahna chahte hain, ab ek sath nahi rah sakte aur aapsi samjhoute se mamle ka niptara kar diye hain. court parties ka bayan lega ki kya samjhouta bina jor jabarjasti hua hai. agar court ko lagta hai ki dono ne apsi sahmati se samjhouta kiya hai to fir wo divorce decree de dega. fir kanooni tarike se divorce ho jayega.
Is certificate/sulahnama ke basis pe apko mutual consent ka divorce bhi dakhil Karna padega. Sirf is sulahnama ke basis aap dono ki shaadi amanya nahi ki ja Sakti. Ye sulahnama Hai to theek, par iske baad family court mein ek joint application daaliye for mutual divorce. App ke sulahnama ko bhi legal validity mil Jayega court ke dwara.
The divorce deed is just an agreement between you both and it is not a valid divorce
You have to approach court with a mutual consent divorce petition for dissolution of your marriage with her until then you both are considered to be married couple only.
