Hi,I am female I live in East delhi, Postgraduated in 2012 from Electronics branch, My Elder sister who is unmarried and she is b.tech and doing job in benglore for last 7 years, We both registered on bharatmatrimonial.com for marriage proposals.A boy sent me marriage proposal and called my elder sister that he is interested to getting married with me. It was the time of May 2015. After that we shared our numbers, all were happening good. Now its July 2017 we are together. In between this period, we have some arguments over when we could get married few days back I had a discussion for the same but he replied on whatsapp that ....he is going out of india for office work..after that I have gone through his facebook profile where he updated his checkin from IGI airport and in comment section a lady has commented."Miss You Too"...I was surprised why she is commenting this way...afterthat i have gone through her profile also...and there i found their marriage pictures...and the boy is already married to someone in december 2015. It was shocking for me. As i was waiting for him to get married with me and he is also commiting for the same for 2 years. Now I want to do complaint against this person. As he hid his marriage and doing extra marital affair till date. Not even a single picture in his facebook profile of his marriage.he could have updated me.

File police complaint of cheating , rape under section 420 , 376 of IPC against the boy
2) if boy was married and had Sex with you under promise of marriage case of cheating is made out
