I purchased godaddy account and hosted 10-12 websites there. My account got hacked and all information was removed, my websites are pointing goadddy.
I contacted Godaddy to which they said i am not owner, i told them that my information is visible online for domains and for hosting (server) i have invoice.
The hacker changed all details and there is no way i can claim account.
I have shared all details with them - invoices, account summaries i received, emails i received
Further the hack happen on 11th July 00:21 hrs and I informed them at 12:00 NOON same day.
. The websites were developed with cost over 3 lakh and spent 4 years.. some websites are of clients, all lost.
I have provided them with my id prrof, company's id proof, etc but they are denying helping me. How can we fight this and what compensation should i seek?

Dear Team,
We have provided you all details required and you are not telling us what we we need to do in order to make you believe that we are owner of the account.
The account has several domains and 1 linux multi domain hosting which was recently renewed for a month whose invoice we have already sent you.
Please let us know if you need any other information that is necessary to prove you my identity, company's identity.
From whois data you have come to know that we are owners.
From invoice, you can easily come to know that we recently renewed the hosting service.
From Account setting email you can verify that account settings were changed midnight and we informed you same day in morning.
This is clear case of account hack and you are not supporting us and claiming that my account didn't have a hosting. Please note that this has caused loss to us as all are websites are non functional.
This is not a case of data loss, this is a case of account hack to which you could deal more seriously. We are not going to tolerate this and take the matter seriously as
1. Our working websites stopped and causing loss of business.
2. You are not cooperating and let us know what information you are seeking from us.
3. You are supporting hackers.
4. You are harassing us.
5. We spent thousands of dollars in development of websites which was hosted there
6. We have spent years in development of websites
PFA WHOIS DOCUMENTS
We do not have any other way, other than to take up the matter legally. Please consider this email as our final request. Failing to provide us support will force us to take the matter legally and you will bear the loss we suffered and will suffer due to your non cooperation.
There are many more websites hosted there and lot of our clients websites are also at stake. We again request you to take the matter seriously.
