2)Order XI, Rule14: It shall be lawful for the Court, at any time during the pendency of any suit, to order the production by any party thereto, upon oath of such of the documents in his possession or power, relating to any matter in question in such suit, as the Court shall think right; and the Court may deal with such documents, when produced, in such manner as shall appear just.This provisions specifically empowers the Court at any time during the pendencey of the suit to order the production by any party thereto, upon oath of such of the documents in his possession or power, relating to any matter in question in such suit.

1.If the party called in for evidence does not stay within the local jurisdiction of the court,you can apply for video conference for recording his evidence. It is permissible under law.

2. Under section 125 crpc it has been specifically provided that if the wife leaves her husband willingly she is not entitled to maintenance.

3.Giving threats is not enough reason to avoid maintenance.

4.Though making perjurious statements dent the case of the party making it, it is also not enough reason to avoid maintenance.

Yes. According to section 22 of HMA,1955 proceedings can be done under camera on the desired wish of the parties provided that it cannot be published or printed without the prior approval of the court.

2-section 31 of CPC summons to another party witness for producing documents in the court provided they cant be examined on oath.
