Dear sir/mam, mai etawah ka rahne wala hu, aur 22 jan 13 ko maine ek agri land me 30*30 meter ka plot 15 years ke liye 15000 rs per annum rent par liya tha (maine ye plot gas agency ke godown ke liye liya tha par lpg gas agency allot hui nahi to us jameen me kheti hi ho rahi hai),ye jameen city se 7 km aur village se 1 km dur hai means aabadi bhi nahi hai ,aur us par law ke hisab se yearly rent ke paach guna ka 2 % ke stamp yani 1500 ke lagaye the, par 4 days ago sdm ke yaha se notice aaya hai ki maine stamp chori ki yai,mujhe 55000 ke stamp lagane chahiye,unhone us par 1.5% ka interest lagaya hai aur 55000 ka 10 guna arth dand total 6 lac ka notice bheja hai,pls help me....

SDM ka order sarasar galat aur bebuniyad hai. Isal koi legal foundation nehi hai.
AAp koi local advocate ke pakar ke High Court Writ Petition dakhil kijiye us order ko challenge karte huye..Aap kp insaaf milega.
Jo lawyer High Court mein practice karta hai usiko pakariye. Koi dusra lawyer ko pakar ke high court lawyer ke pas mat jaiye.
Writ petition mein aap stay bhi jarur maniega taa ki jartab faisal na ho tabtak order ka koi implementation naa ho,

7) aap apni agreement terminate bhi kar sakhte ho .

1. SDM ko notice ka jawab dena chahiye, ye reply advocate ke dwara kijiyega., 
2. Aap apna agreement cancel bhi kar sakte hai, jahan tak notice ka sawal hai, reply dena zaroori hai.
3. SDM ke karwai ke khilaf aap High court mein writ dakil kar sakte hai, uske sath SDM ke karwai rokne keliye stay be bhi mng sakte hai.

1. SDM ka aadesh bilkul gair kanooni hai. Aap SDM ke order ko turant koi vakil engage karkey High Court mein chunoti dein. 

2. Aap zameen ke malik nahin hain. Aap keval ek kirayedaar hain aur aap us zameen par kheti kar rahe hain. Aap ne bator kirayedaar agreement ke upar stamp duty bhari hai. Aap ko alag se stamp duty nahin deni hai. Isliye SDM ka notice bilkul gair kanooni hai.

3. Aap High Court ke kisi vakil ko engage kijiye aur is notice ko challenge kijiye. Aap stay order bhi mangiye taki SDM HC mein case ki pendency ke doran aap ke upar koi karyawahi na kar paye.
