• Can a Pvt Ltd company give valid computer training certificate

Hi, we have a website designing business and we also teach website designing to students,
My question is that if a pvt ltd company is enough for giving out valid certificate to the students at the end of their training ? if so will it carry any value ? or do I need to register as some other entity for this?

Is your company recognised by any regulatory body for conducting website designing courses ?

If so you can offer designing courses and offer certificate on satisfactory completion for training undergone by students

Your certificate would not have any value

Your organisation is not recognised any government body to offer training for web designing

Hello,

Yes a company can obviously give you a certificate but the value of it will be recognized by the person to whom it is shown, suppose if a company is of the view that it will only accept the certificates given by the government then this certificate will not have any value but if a company is of the view that a certificate issued by a private company will also hold good, then this will be of good value.

Hi

You can obtain accreditation from government or recognized training institutions and issue certificate showing affiliation to that institution.

If your institution is a certified one you can issue certificate and the value/ name is what you accrue gradually.

You should prove your entity as an training institution which is a registered one , and the certificate issued will be valued only if you are registered as a training institution.

Any institution which is trying to impart training to students/candidates has to be a qualified institution for imparting such educational/professional training.

The trainers in it are to be qualified for the purpose and also the institute should have taken permission in the form of licence from the appropriate authority in order to get the imparted training recognised, otherwise it will not be valid.

There are various authorities who accord permission and approval for such training institutes if the instructions and rules are complied with accordingly.

As I asked if only a pvt ltd company is enough to give out certificates we do not have any affiliation, Our certificate doesn't have to be recognized by govt, but will it be valid and have any value compared to if I give out certificate without any company registration and on my own.

This practice is not advisable because this will not have any legal validity.

The person benefited out of such training can proceed based on the training but without any recognition it may not carry any validity that can be useful for the career of the person getting training..
