1. Talking and cajoling her alone would help. We advocates can not help you on this.

2. Talk to her passionately and try to find out if any specific reason is there which is most likely.

3. You have to find out the resona d solve it.

4. Take her to holiday trip and pass some private moments.i am sure if any serious issue is not there it would be resolved.

All the best.

Hi

Try to involve family friends or any mediators who can speak to her and mediate.

ask her whether she can go for a marriage counselling . A Councillor will help you to find out what is the problem and to find solution for it.

if she is not approachable, you should move to court to file an RCR to bring her back .

where is your child is it with her or you.

RCR is a petition for restitution of conjugal rights before a competent court , court will send her summons and once she appears in the court there will be a chance to mediate /counselling.

If your wife prefers to fight the matter in court once you file the RCR, court will pass an order according to the merits of the case.

You also need to know that even if a court orders RCR it can not force your wife to live a life with you.

if your child is not with you and you are not allowed to meet the child you can move application for visitation in the court, once the matter is in the court or else can file for custody of your child.

1. If you do not want to end the marriage then contest the divorce petition if and when she files it. Unless she proves her allegation the court will not pass of decree of dissolution of marriage in her favour.

2. You are also free to file RCR to seek a decree of resumption of cohabitation by her.

If your wife is reluctant to return to the matrimonial fold you may issue a legal notice to her to return as she is living separately without any valid reason.

If she do not respond nor returns to the house, then you may file a RCR case agaisnt her.

You can refuse to give her divorce and can strongly contest her divorce case in the court if she files one.
