My 1st marriage happened in 2009, when I was 19 years old. And that marriage life was lasts for 4-5 months only, after that he left me & went. I have a daughter in 1st marriage, she born in 2010, I did not apply for divorce, just I thought of continue my life with my child & parents. Then 2011 I joined a private organization, where I met an person who was my senior & 12 years elder then me. Who was helping to learn about my process, very soon he became an close frnd of mine, in 2013 he proposed me & said he is willing to marry me & ready to accept my daughter as well. I was close to his family also. But when we both approached his family, they did not accept us. So he decided to get married 1st & then infirm to family. So in 2016 Feb we both got married in front of our frnds & office colleagues. And after the marriage, in april I applied for divorce in family court bcoz my present husband suggested to get divorce decree for safer side & in January 2017 I got the ex-parte divorce. But in this mean while my present husband had to undergo a major surgery in June, he was having chronic pancreatitis problem. Where I was only taking care of him. That all his family members accepted me & they told to get the documents including my divorce & then they all I'll take me to there house legally after rregister marriage. So now after arranging all documents, now they all are telling they cannot accept me. Bcoz there family dignity I'll get spoiled & including my husband got changed. From 15-20 days all this problems are happening. I tried all possible way to convince them. But dey are hurting me very badly & making to get depressed a lot. And we both were in relationship from 4-5 years. It was a complete physical relationship
So. Kindly suggest what kind of action can I take against them legally.

My Husband was supporting me a lot till 10-15 days back, But now he is changed by listening to his family. And He is giving the reason that due to health issue he cannot come & live with me, Bcoz 6 months back he undergone a major surgery ( Chronic pancreatitis ), But i was the one who taken care of him for 15 days in hospital & signed for operation. Then his sister had come to my home & promised me & my family that she take to there family legally after register marriage. And i have all the SMS & whats app msgs on what she committed. And i call recording of my husband where he also committed he will never live me. And they asked for divorce paper & i have given them xerox copy for my divorce to them. After taking the document, They are telling they will accept me at any cost. I complaint about them in womens police station. They sent notice, They appeared for 1st notice. Where inspector trying to sort out the problem. But my husband took 2 days of time. But again did not appear in police station. So i sent them a 2nd notice from police station, even then they did not come & appear nor no one received the phone calls. And mean while i have approached State Karnataka commission for women's & complaint about my issue. And they have arranged for counselling in front of Chairperson. The date for counselling is arranged on 4th April-2017,
And mean in while i have one more doubt. If i go directly to my husband house & can i sit in front of there home. Till they accept me. If i do this, is there any legal problem ? And my only intention is to live with him. And his family not allowing me to speak with my husband personally. And i am a working women, if in case if i file a monetary benefit, will i get any benefit in fever of me. And once i told my husband & his family also. If they are not ready to take me, then i will commit suicide for that my husband sister said me. Even if u die we will not accept you.
Please do suggest me. what kind of step can i take to live with my husband ? And my divorce xerox paper is also with them. And i have all marriage photographs, invitation etc. as a marriage proof.
