My wife father said against cast(st sc obc) note we are from genral cast, and wife father abuse my mother sister we have audio clip ans i want to punish them kindly help me and can you give your mobile number for take leagal action against them

Your mother sister should file complaint of criminal intimidation under section504 , 506 of IPC against your father in law

If you are from general category then how are you aggrieved by your father-in-law abusing your cast? No cause of action accrues to you if you are not from SC/SCT category. However, for the abuses hurled at your mother and sister they may file a criminal complaint against him depending on the nature of abuses.

1. You belong to the general caste.

2. If your father in law called you SC/ST, then such telling is meaningless and it can not be considered as abuse as per law since law does not recognise any caste as superior or inferior.

3. You can not take any legal action on them for the above reason.
