apni death pe unhone apni wife or 10 childrens chode, jisme 6 boys or 4 girls hai..sab bachoo ki shaadi ho chuki hai..grandfather ki death k baad ghr ki badi hone k naate sab 6 ladko ne grandmother ka naam house tax me darz kra diya tha.,,ab grandmother ki bhi death year 2006 me ho chuki hai.,,year 2015 tak house tax grandmother k naam se jama hota tha ..
year 2015 tak me mere father or unke 2 elder brother or ek elder sister ki death ho chuki hai or mai apne father ka akela son hu,,,ab mai or mere 2 tauji jinki death ho chuki hai unke bachee or jo mere 3 zinda chacha hai ,,hum sab apna naam house tax me darz krana chahte hai,,or jisme meri 3 zinda buaji or 1 buaji jinki death ho chuki hai unke bache bhi apna apna naam house tax me darz krana chahte hai or hum logo k beech abhi tak property ka koi batwaara nhi hua hai..

1. SC ka judgment sirf ancestral property ko apply karta hai, jabki aapki property ancestral nahin hai.

2. Aap ki father ki sabhi sisters ka is property me equal share hai. Jin sisters ki death ho chuki hai unka share unkey legal heirs i.e husband and children ko chala gaya hai. Wo partition suit file karkey apna hisa le saktey hain.

You forget about the supreme court judgment about which you talk now.

That judgment will not pertain to your case.

From your contents it can be seen that your grandfather died intestate death, hence this all legal heirs including the legal heirs of deceased legal heir are entitled to an equal share in the property

You may apply for partition to seek 1/10th share of your father equally for you and your mother.
