Executor  is no more
In Will the schedule of the property not mentioned correctly
North to South indicated as 75. insted of 95'

is the testator still alive ? please clarify .

if so you can change the will appoint new executor . to be on safer side appoint 2 executors of will . correct description in the schedule of property .

please note that in new will made by you specifically mention that i hereby revoke all former wills and testaments made if any .

Whether the testator is alive or not? If he is alive then he can cancel his existing will in accordance with the law and make a new will. The schedule of property should be mentioned accurately in the new will, else the will may not take effect.
