You are now 45 years old, hence what type of rights you think you can have on your father?
There is no question for maintenance since you are not a minor by age.
You cannot claim a share in your father's property during his lifetime and neither can question his authority to sell his properties.
Your story can draw sympathy alone but there is no solution to this in law.
You have to depend on your own sources for all your needs.

The properties of your grandfather was divided among your grandfather's children. In that you have no rights.
Your father only had the rights over his share in his father's property since his father died intestate.
Thus during the lifetime of your father you cannot claim a share or right in it.
As far as the jewels taken away by your maternal uncle, your wife can file a criminal complaint agaisnt him with the local police under section 406 IPC and can recover the same from him.
The validity of your father's second marriage can be questioned only by your mother but unfortunately she is not alive now and the fact is tht she had left you people long back to toil with your grandparents, hence you cannot question that too.
Thus you cannot take any legal action against your father for the injustice he had meted out to you.

MERI MAA KA DEHANT 3 SAAL PAHALE HI HUA HAI
KYA MAIN APNE PITA PAR CASE KAR SAKTA HOUN

?? ?? ??? ????? ????? ??? ?? ????? ???? ??? ?? ??? ???? ?? ???? ??? ?? ?????? ????? ?? ?????? ???? ???.
The reliefs should have been sought only by your mother and not by you.
You don't have any case at least legally against your father.

1. Aapka apney pitaji ki property mein unke jiwan ke dauran koi right nahin hai. Agar koi ancestral property hai to usmein aap apna hisa lene ke liye partition suit file kar saktey hain.

2. Aap ke pita ki dusri marriage illegal hai. Aap unke khilaf bigamy ke liye criminal complaint file kar saktey hain under section 494 IPC.
