Sir,, 
humne 2011 me ek 17*42 property purchase ki thi. vo bilkul mud house hai , us property me 2 shops thi , us property ka pehle property owner se rent ka jhgda chl rha tha , ek din us maalik ne shops khali krvane ke uspe jor jabardsti krke shops khali krva li , jiska usne mohlle vallo se panchayet bidha kr rajinama krvaya gya, jisme likha gya ki kirayedaar ne ek shop vaapis maalik ko kr di hai, or dusri ka rajinama likha gya hai ki hr 1 taariq ko vo 100 rs kiraya de de krega. but sir ab vo property humne purchase krli hai, and registery bhi krvali hai or intqaal bhi chd valiya hai. property ki registery humne 2012 me krva li thi, but juab hum usse kiraya lene gye to usne pehle hi purane maalik pr case file krke stay order le liya, us order me likha tha ki is bnde ko jor jabardsti se na nikala jaye , kannoni tor se nikala jaye, humne vakeel krke , us pr property khali krne ka case file kiya,taki hum prop shuru se tod kr bna ske, sir is time property bilkul khsta haal me hai agr hum ek bhi brick todte hai to sari property gir jayegi,isliye hum vo shop khali krvana chahte hai, sir hum khud rent pe rehte he and my father labour wrk krte hai , and me bhi job kreta hu, jis prop, me hum rehte hai vo bhi mud house hi hai,sir is case me hmare vakeel ne 3 evidence krvaye first property owner ka , second gov. property expert ka, then hmare mkaan maalik ka,but sir jo  second party kiraayedar ka vakeel hai usne evidence galat saabit krne ki koshish ki hai, usne apne swaalo me property ki side puchi  jo ki hmare evidence ne btayi but use fir bhi puzzel kr diya , and expert ki report to shi lgi hai usne property ki pictures bhi lgaayi hai, then ab hmaara vakeel kh rha hai ki hum apne evidence bnd krva dete hai, sir me ye puchna chahta hu ki hum vo property kaise khaali krva skte hai, aapko mene sari situation bta di hai sir , kindly koi solution btaye , case file kiye huye 2 years ho chuke hai,

Jab ek rented property ko becha jaata hai to tenant ke rights par iska koi asar nahin dalta. Tenant naye malik ke nichey tenant ban jaata hai. Aapko eviction ka case file karna padega on the ground that you require the premises for  your bona fide personal need property ko khali karwaney ke liye
