Dear sir i repair my asus mobile from service center 5 time in warranty and service center is 460 km from my location i pay 9000 in travel during visiting at service center and now mobile is at service center. i also take 16 leave for the same.
pls suggest me option.

If it is getting out of order so frequently then you can surely apply for refund of money or replacement with new set.
If they refuse you can file case in consumer forum.
However you will not be compensated for the travelling cost or the leave taken by you.
You should have purchased such product whose service center is nearby.
1) file complaint before consumer forum and seek new mobuile as phone purchased by you is defective and had to be repaired 5 times during warranty
2) also seek litigation costs and compensation for mental torture undergone by you

As you call me for my device which is ready but i can't pick this device this time, for your knowledge i justify some figure which is beared by me during warrenty-
I visit at jaipur service center 3 times for repairing purpose for different different type of fault in this device, the distance of jaipur from Bap is 466 km it means fare is 1250 rupees for one side both side 2500+ food = 3000 without any stay.
For one visit charges = 3000/-
For 3 times = 3000*3 = 9000/-
During jaipur one visit i need 2+2 = 4 days
For 3 visit at jaipur = 4*3 =12 days
I also visit at jodhpur for two times distance is 200 km , fare = 600+400 = 1000/- both side
For one visit charges = 1000/-
For 2 visit charges = 2000/-
For one visit at Jodhpur i need one day = 1+1 = 2 days
for two visit = 4 days
Total Fare = 11000/-
Total leave taken for asus mobile reparing = 16 days
Total deduction for 16 days = 32000/- as per salary data
Total losses beared by me = 32000+11000 = 43000/-
And also count the days and no. of format for service center.
Due to this irrelevant leave i also frustrated my boss and my increment directly effected by the same.
I think ASUS is also a brand and consider the payment or replace the module in his data base.
If you are not agree then i will directly contact to upbhokta cell, because i directly get losses about 6 to 7 lacks with frustration.

You have the right to recover from the company the amount incurred by you on travelling to the place where the service center is situated and also the consequent losses suffered by you.

Where did you purchase the mobile
If you have purchased it in a local shop, then the shopkeeper will make arrangement to send it to the service centre at his costs.
If he fails to do so,, you could have issued a legal notice to him demanding the same, did you do that?
To whom did you pay 9000/-?
The email to the company that too the way you have written will not fetch you any fruitful result.
You should send the legal notice for the grievance you are facing due to the faulty mobile and ask him to provide you the relief.
You consult a local lawyer and proceed as per the lawyer's advice on all such further issues.
