After that, she suggested we can go to a nearby hotel and involve in physical intimacy. So I booked it and went there. But somehow I felt drowsy after reaching there. we tried having intercourse but did not complete the act at all and the I slept and got up after 3 hours and left. after 3 days, she asked me Rs 2000/-. I gave her money via UPI. after 15 days, she messaged me stating that she missed her period and want to go to doctor. I agreed but I waited for 2 days, she did not visit the doctor with me and after 2 days, sending me all kinds of messages stating she needs Rs 50,000 else she will do anything to me and continuously sending me messaging to arrange funds else and also claiming that she has my ID and will send her family to my place and wait for 3 months for DNA test. But on one her message, she agreed nothing happened between us. I have blocked her number. now I'm scared. what should I do?

You should not be worried about such dating call girls' threats.

They will be functioning in an organised manner to threaten and extort money from clients.

In case you happen to life a call from her calling from any unknown number, you can refuse to budge to her pressure and inform her that you will go to police for the acts of threat and extortion including blackmail.Β π‘»π’‰π’Šπ’” π’”π’Šπ’•π’–π’‚π’•π’Šπ’π’ 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒃𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅 β€” π’šπ’π’– 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 π’π’‘π’•π’Šπ’π’π’” 𝒂𝒏𝒅 π’šπ’π’–β€™π’“π’† 𝒏𝒐𝒕 π’‡π’‚π’„π’Šπ’π’ˆ π’•π’‰π’Šπ’” 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆. 𝑡𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 π’†π’π’ˆπ’‚π’ˆπ’† 𝒐𝒓 π’‘π’‚π’š β€” π’ƒπ’π’‚π’„π’Œπ’Žπ’‚π’Šπ’π’†π’“π’” π’˜π’π’β€™π’• 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒑; π’•π’‰π’†π’š π’˜π’Šπ’π’ π’π’π’π’š π’…π’†π’Žπ’‚π’π’… π’Žπ’π’“π’†.

The girl's contention that she missed her period is just a lie and it is not true.

It is another tactics to extort money.

You ignore her claim

She cannot go to police because of the police fearΒ  of getting caught by the police for her such illegal acts .

She may use a racket or anything to extort money, hence you better do not budge to any pressure from her side.

You block her everywhere and don't entertain any call from an unknown number too and be safe

-Β As per Supreme Court, the acknowledged consensual physical relationship between the parties would not constitute an offence under section 376 (rape) of the IPC, i.e.Β rape charge cannot be invoked in case of consensual sex between two adults.

- Further , if she is engaged in the dating App , then she can also be accused for the offence of running sex racket.

-Β Β Hence, she cannot take any legal action against you , and the calls are only for extortion of amount.Β

  1. Save all evidence – messages, payments, her admission that nothing happened.

  2. File a diary entry (NCR) at the local police station saying you're being blackmailed.

  3. Do not pay more – block her everywhere.

  4. Continue therapy – these scammers use fear to trap you.

You're protected if you act now.Β

Dear Sir,

You are suggested not to get afraid, rather be bold and courageous to face. She can't do anything to you because she herself has come and she herself has registered on dating app. Her activity of taking drinks and taking you to hotel are not compulsive rather agreed by her and thus she can't complaint of anything wrong by you. Rather, she will be exposed as scammer, if she does anything of that nature as she is threatening.Β Β
