Building homes on agricultural land in WB is permissible and it is no crime.
In WB building such home only requires building plan to be sanctioned by gram panchayat.
So you have done the right thing and nothing to worry.

I am Kolkata city resident , due to pollution my health going bad day by day , and my parents also don't want live in flat . I purchased approx 110 Kattah Land at Panchayat area near Bhangor , South 24 parganas , and making a home as farmhouse ( Ground + One ) for my own living purpose with written permission with Gram Pradhan . Many homes build in my neighbor area also. Please suggest Can I ?

you can construct house for your residence after obtaining requisite permission from gram panchayat on your land
You are at liberty to build a farmhouse on the land owned by you if a permission in this regard has been obtained from the gram pradhan. This is perfectly legal.
