By issuing notice of termination as per of the agreement, tenant has surrendered the tenancy. Issue him reply accepting the termination of tenancy enclosing copy of agreement. That is equivalent to cancellation of tenancy by both the parties.
Hi i have rented my flat and made 11 months rental agreement with notice of 2 months to vacate if at all before expiry of the rental agreement. actually he had made a word document and shared it via whats app the notice can i also do the same by replying.I mean type in a word document my acceptance and share via whats app.Also a soft copy of agreement has been shared initially when signing the agreement.Is it necessary to share again- the copy of rental agreement - please advise
