• Mothers flat barged in by ZPTC Local politician from Parkal village Warangal - TRS leader

A local ZPTC persons son wanted to buy my mothers (80 years) flat at a prescribed amount. He paid only 25% and balance he would pay once he receives Loan from Bank. The flat was approved flat so he could get a loan. Instead of paying balance, he broke open the flat lock and is occupying the flat eversince. An FIR was filed with great follow up but then a civil case is running since 3 years??? We submitted all the video CCTV footage of the flat lock being broken by him and his family members of TRS / BRS party but still not finding the finalisation of the case in Hanamkonda district.

The atrocities of political parties in this regard has become common these days and it has become a menace.

If he is not vacating then you obtain an order of injunction  and also you can issue a legal notice to him cancelling the sale agreement if you have not done it so far.

If you don't get relief in the lower court, you may approach high court.

- Since, your mother is a senior citizen , then she can file a complaint under the provision of Senior citizens act for getting justice and the said flat vacated

- Further, if the said civil court is not finalising the case, then she can approach the higher court for directing the said court to finalise the case within a fixed time frame.

Dear Client
Civil Case Duration: Civil cases can take a significant amount of time to be resolved, especially when there are complex issues involved. Three years may seem like a long time, but it's not uncommon for civil cases to take several years to reach a conclusion.

Evidence: It's positive that you've submitted CCTV footage as evidence. In civil cases, evidence plays a crucial role, and the court will review the evidence before making a decision. The court may need time to thoroughly examine all the evidence presented.

Legal Representation: Ensure that you have legal representation for your case. Having an experienced lawyer can make a significant difference in the progress and outcome of your case. Your lawyer can also provide guidance on the next steps to take.

Settlement: You may want to explore the possibility of a settlement with the other party, if you haven't already. Sometimes, parties can reach an agreement outside of court to resolve the matter more quickly and with less expense.

Court Updates: Regularly check the status of your case with your lawyer and inquire about the reasons for any delays. They should be able to provide insights into the specific circumstances surrounding your case.

Escalation: If you believe there are undue delays or irregularities in the handling of your case, you can consider seeking legal remedies to expedite the process. Your lawyer can advise you on the appropriate legal steps to take in such situations.

Political Affiliation: It's essential to focus on the legal aspects of the case rather than the political affiliations of the involved parties. Legal matters should be resolved impartially, and your lawyer will work to ensure that the law is upheld.

In summary, civil cases in India can take time to reach a resolution, and it's essential to have patience and continue working closely with your legal counsel. They can provide the most relevant advice and guidance based on the specific details of your case
