The Tehsildar will be reluctant to issue a translated copy of the legal heir owing to various reasons.

There is no point in frequently visiting the unwilling Tahsildar's office for this purpose.

You can get the legal heirship certificate translated into English through a lawyer and get it notarised by a notary public  which will solve the purpose.

If the registrar in Bangalore is still insisting in the original heirship certificate in English, you may  approach the district registrar with an application requesting him to direct the concerned registrar to accept the notarised translated copy of the legal heirship certificate along with an attested copy of the original legal heirship certificate.

The court will not entertain for succession certificate because it is an immovable property issue neither the court will issue any certificate that you are the legal heir.

Husband and daughter of your sister are not class-1 legal heir of your father. It is you and your mother only who are class-1 legal heir of father. Your legal information is incorrect.

Dear Client,

A succession certificate is only for movable debts and securities. For immovable property, you can apply for letters of administration from the district court having jurisdiction over your deceased father's estate.
