Meeting her either in her matrimonial home or in her maternal home during the pendency of the matrimonial dispute in court is not at all advisable because she may create more ruckus and also it may pave way for more fresh criminal cases.

If she is not willing to meet you but if you force your entry then it will be considered as an offence and an illegal act.

- As per Supreme Court judgment, wife is expected to move in with the relatives of their husbands, follow the rules and customs of their home, and ideally, blend in seamlessly as a new daughter.

- Further, the court granted divorce to a man on the grounds of “cruelty” after his wife refused to share a home with her in-laws.

- Further, If wife is not supporting her husband for the enjoyment of life and denying relation, then the husband can get divorce after filing a divorce petition before the court on this ground.

- However, you should take help from the said family court for resolving the issues and for settlement with her.

- It is not illegal , and after visiting to her parents you can reconcile the matter , and after amicably settlement  with her , the divorce case filed by you can be withdrawn.

You can send your parents or some elders who are familiar with both the houses to arrange for a mediation session and get the difference reconciled.

There is nothing you can do legally about it.

Your lawyer cannot suggest you to barge into their house, you may face different serious issues which may develop into fresh  multiple  criminal cases agaisnt you.

If there is no objection and both parties are in agreement, there shouldn't be any problem if they decide to meet. However, considering that the case is currently pending, it would be advisable for the meeting to take place in a public setting and in the presence of some relatives or friends. This precaution is meant to prevent any potential unpleasant incidents. Utilizing mutual friends and family members, it's possible to organize the meeting. You can obtain contact information and particulars from this platform. Setting up a meeting can be done through a reservation system, allowing for communication.
