If your father is a private sector employee and his annual income exceeds Rs. 8 Lakhs per annum for the last three consecutive years, then you will not be eligible for OBC NCL category reservation.
- As per law , in order to qualify as an OBC non-creamy layer candidate, the applicant’s parents’ annual income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs.
- Since, your fathers income is more than 8 lakhs , then you are not entitled to get the benefit of OBC-NCL.
