• Pls clarify the rules and Regulations

Sir,
Now the corporate HRM decision after yesterday meeting says my last working days will be the date of submission of my resignation were the unit signed my resignation application on 24 sep 22.
Till yesterday I have given my digital attendance and yesterday was my first meeting with Corporate HRM for councelling.
Pls clarify the last date of working for calculation of salary.
During my councelling period,my attendance to be counted for salary calculation.

2 my demand was as my age cross 53 age,i asked for transfer to within the organisation to different unit.or 
Stay back in same unit and I will work with same dept.

You have to visit the terms and conditions of the employment offer letter and any violation of the same may be termed as a misconduct for which your employment may even be terminated. 

If you have tendered resignation letter then the last working day will be the day you are relieved from duty.

You have not worked for minimum period of 5 years hence you are not eligible for gratuity payment.

You have voluntarily opted to leave the organization hence you are not entitled to any privileges.
