Pls clarify the rules and Regulations
Sir,
Now the corporate HRM decision after yesterday meeting says my last working days will be the date of submission of my resignation were the unit signed my resignation application on 24 sep 22.
Till yesterday I have given my digital attendance and yesterday was my first meeting with Corporate HRM for councelling.
Pls clarify the last date of working for calculation of salary.
During my councelling period,my attendance to be counted for salary calculation.
2 my demand was as my age cross 53 age,i asked for transfer to within the organisation to different unit.or
Stay back in same unit and I will work with same dept.

I have not breached any violence or any theft and i followed rules while performing my duty sincerely.
I crossed my age 53 ,can I claim compensation from.my company ,as I was about elegible for gratuity,if I would been confirmed my job.
But even serving 11 months ,24 days ,my unit head and company not confirmed my probation period.
