• Land in prohibited list

We purchased a land in aler village in aler mandal in yadadri Bhuvanagiri dist. back in 2004.We had PPB issued both old and new. Now after Dharani comes into the picture. we found out that this land is in POB list and is blocked under tenency act( 38-E of Andhra Pradesh (Telangana) tenency and agricultural lands act). That property changed hands 2-3 times from assignee before we bought it. Is there any way we can get it removed from pob list and do nala conversion

If land is under prohibited list it could not have been sold to you

you have to sue the seller to recover your money with interest

In Telangana, for instance, government lands that are barren, poramboke, waqf and endowment are typically placed in the prohibited property list.

According to media reports, more than 20 lakh acres of patta land had been placed under ‘prohibited’ category on the Dharani portal, causing major trouble to landowners in the state. The error on part of the state government caused a lot of issues to land and property owners.

In a relief to landowners, who have been facing hardships due to their lands being listed in the prohibited list, the Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has directed collectors to enquire into such disputes and take steps to resolve them.

The Chief Minister directed the district collectors to complete mutation of lands, which were registered prior to the creation of Dharani portal by accepting applications through Mee- Seva and allotting them slots. He urged them to examine the applications for regularization of Sada Bi Nama and finalize ownership rights

CM said that under no circumstances should tank lands, FTL lands, Wakf lands, forest lands, Endowment lands be registered.

You may approach the land revenue department for necessary relief based omn the documentary evidences in your support

Dear Client,

The Chief Minister directed the district collectors to complete mutation of lands, which were registered prior to the creation of Dharani portal by accepting applications through Mee- Seva and allotting them slots. He urged them to examine the applications for regularization of Sada Bi Nama and finalize ownership rights. He instructed the officials to constitute tribunals to settle land disputes that are pending in revenue courts under the supervision of collectors in all the districts.

He asked officers to facilitate registration of lease agreements through the Dharani portal and also agreement of sale-cum-GPA and allow registration of agriculture lands sale deeds and exchange deeds through the portal.

Thank You.
