back date me affidavit nahi banta agar koi banata hai to wo illegal aur apradhik hai.
prepare a fresh affidavit and on said basis apply for change in name . mention detailed particulars of your age , address in said affidavit . dont prepare back dated affidavit . have affidavit duly notarised
I am in a govt job the process of name change in govt organisation is first make an affidavit then publish it in the newspaper then with both affidavit and newspaper cutting get the gazette notification done i have applied for gazette notification bt nw the problem is i have submitted the original affidavit and nw i need that affidavit to submit it in the organisation i don't want to go through the whole process again it is time consuming .can i make a afresh affidavit and submit it along with the previous gazette notification

you can furnish xerox copy of affidavit to organisation duly certified by you as true copy
That is the problem i do nt have the xerox nw tell me if i go for fresh affidavit and previous gazette notification will it be fine or nt

if you have furnished original affidavit you must be aware of the date you had filed said affidavit . visit the said office and request that copy be given for your record .
