Hello, My brothers (4) are beating/abusing my parents, what law does apply, wat can I do. Currently one brother who is a UK citizen is residing with parents since last 7 years, other brothers visit my parents on an average once every 5-year average from foreign. I have some evidence including videos, police report etc. I live in USA, and I have cameras at home to monitor my parents. My father is bed ridden and mother has phycological issue. My brothers are verbally abusing servants also that I hired at home and threaten me that they will remove cameras that I have installed at home. I want to protect my parents. Thanks
Your parents should file complaint against your brothers before senior citizen tribunal and seek protection orders
2) further seek orders to direct them to vacate portion of property in their possession and permanent injunction restraining them from disturbing parents possession of house

if your parents are living in India, then you can file domestic violence case against them or just talk to your brothers to not to abuse your parents. if they do not listen, as your are already having the evidences, then file a DV case against them.
Father had a stroke in December 2021 and cannot speak completely now as used to. Mother has psychological issue. yes. there is a senior citizen tribunal in Hyderabad. Telangana Senior Citizen welfare association is there, but try to warn your brother once by the police if he insists on doing the same.
