If you have the photo copies of the case papers then you can ask the Forum to reconstruct the record on the basis of available photocopies.
you may be its other set ,file it
1. You must be having the office copy of your plaint alongwith all the annexures enclosed thereto,
2. Submit another set of the said plaint to the Forum.
