• I have been falsely accused in section 323, 341

I have falsely accused in sec 323, 341. Later we did compromise in court. But as per the compromise note and the FIR, I am accused for no reason. I also received the compromise note.

Is there any problem going abroad or applying for US visa?

Please advice.

Whether FIR has been withdrawn from the ps as per compromise, otherwise go to HIGH Court for quashing of FIR, once FIR is quashed, no problem lies in going to abroad.

1. Has the inquiry report been submitted & the matter has been closed?

2. If yes, then you can get the US VISA.

1. Have compromise proceedings been completed? If yes, it will not be a hindrance to obtaining visa.

2. Since you were an accused the mention thereof had to be made in compromise and FIR.
