My dad' own trailer I'm living in gave it to me and everything but nvr put it in my name I lived in the trailer for 6yrs had a family and foster kids but it is falling apart he told me to sell it when I do it changes he says I can't he told me this was my place so I fixed trailer up put money into it now he wants me to move out after he mislead me thinking whole time it was mine can he do that or is it mine because I pay bills I don't pay rent he filled home stead so I don't have to pay taxes would the judge see it in my favor after he mislead me thinking it was mine and I put all that money into it when he moved out to be in apartments
Can my dad kick me out or does he have to sign title over to me after misleading me saying it's my house my property

2) if you refuse he can obtain court orders to direct you to vacate the trailer
- Since , said trailer is in the name of your father , then he can transfer it without taking your consent , and it depend upon him to give you or not.
- Further, legally he having his right to vacate you after filing a suit before the court.
- However, if you have invested amount for renovation etc., then you can claim the expenditure from him.

Even though you have spent on maintenance of the said property and have been living in it, since you have not purchased it and the legal owner is your father which you cannot deny.
