That my father is and has been a bonafide and law abiding person and employed as Surpretendent in bill section Baruni Railway under East central Railway.
That my father purchased land of 02 Kathas 11 dhurs appertaining to Mouja Ashikpur Garhara Khata no 1256,1222 Kheshra No 987/3781,987 from Nalini Ranjan Sinha vide registered sale deed on 18/12/2014 and since then my client is and has been continued in possession over the same but you adressee no 02 being the vice president of Municipal Council Bihat and also the gotia of my client with malafide intention and in collusion with the adressee no 01 illegally tortured my cleint in several ways by sending several vexatious notices in this way adressee no 02 not only committed and misused his power as public representative but also put adressee no 01 also in wrong box which is a serious matter and for which my client is taking legal advice to file writ before the honourable high court Patna .
That first of all you adressee no 02 by misusing your post illgally and not in accordance with law in collusion with adressee no 01 canelled work order dated 16/07/15 the reason best well known to your selves.
That you adressee no 01 issued notice vide letter no 503 dated 23/09/16 to my client without any evidence and without knowing the actual facts and affairs regarding the allegation for the construction of house without permission by encoraching of road but the real fact is that my client at that time didnot construct his house and didnot encroach any land and the reply of your notice was given by my client on the very next date i.e on 24/09/2016.
That my client was willing to construct boundary wall upon his purchased land and for which as per law no permission is required but to avoid complication my clent filed several petiton for permission to fence his land but no permission was given by you and ultimately my client fence his boundary wall by leaving 1.5 feet land.
That again on 28/01/17 you adressee no 01 without any basis served notice to my client and the reply was given by my client on 03/02/2017.
That my client got permission for the construction of his house by your office on 11/07/2017 and then my client constructed residential house as per the approved letter –building permit.
That a public canal drainage constructed towards the west of my client’s land which was connected to a ditch but you adressee no 01 in collusion with the adressee no 02 is highly willing and adamant for the construction of sencond canal drainage twards the north direction of my client’s house which is not a publice land and neither the land was acquired by the government nor there is any necessity of 2nd canal drainage but only to disturbe and torture my client and being the enimical term with adressee no 02 both of you had constructed 2nd canal drainage.

From the notice it appears that you are aggrieved by the illegal acts purportedly done by the authorities concerned.

You can approach high court with a writ petition seeking stay of their proposed activities in your land that which causes you more grievance.

What is lolshikayat?

Is it a local legal forum addressing the concern and welfare of the local resident in such matters.

You have already approached civil court, hence you may better follow up the case through civil court itself for the desired reliefs.
