File police complaint against fraudster for making false aadhar and PAN card

You can file for cancellation of the same if you know the adhar no. You can notify the same to adhar authority. 

Please complain to the IT authority about the misuse of your PAN and the UIDAI about the Aadhaar and seek redress.

- You should file an FIR against unknown person immediately after giving details to the police and higher official 

- Further, if some documents already registered by that person , then you can get the details from the office fo the registrar. 

- Further, file a compliant before the Registrar with the copy of the FIR lodged by you for informing to and police if any person approach the office for registering any documents of your property. 

Cheating complaint.

How did you come to know about the fake aadhar card and PAN card was done on your name, do you have the documentary evidence to prove the fabricated or forged document?

Where was such document misused?

Until and unless you have proof to prove that the said documents were forged or created by some vested interests, you may not be able to take any action on this.

However you can send a letter in writing to the authorities concerned about this and request for cancellation of the same as an interim relief.

If you are in possession of the alleged fake documents you can issue a newspaper publication to the effect stating the misuse of such documents by some miscreants hence the public are warned about it.
