• Looking for lawyer from Jaipur to help filing contempt of court and fraud case

Hi,

We got married a year ago after my wife mutual agreement divorce case was settled on the promise by his ex husband and family to make payments of alimony amount and child maintenance as well which he never have giving excuses.
Tired of fighting case for long 2 years she agreed to settle mutual divorce and taken back all cases against him on his promise of cheques and amount given and mentioned on the final divorce decree.
However after that his cheques bounced and he kept giving excuses for not making payments as promised.
He never paid child's school fees, maintenance, never bothered to call or take care of his own son for all these years.
Now after we are married he wants to take advantage of this situation and says he won't pay any money and take child also who is almost 8 years old and he does not want to go to him and hates his father.
He is unnecessary giving trouble by messaging, calling and distribing us when we are happy along with child also
Now we want to file a case of fraud and contempt of court from Jaipur on basis that he has not kept his promise mentioned on the final divorce decree and threatening us as well.
Pls note that he is on drugs and hides somewhere in Goa alongwith some other woman and never came to court dates when my wife was contesting case.
Can any experience lawyer help us contesting this case and advice us pls?
Thanks

Don`t worry of child custody, it will  remain with mother and about his calls and threats, police can be file.
