That is a ground but you have state it under the grounds of cruelty as not allowing a spouse to visit/take care of the parents can be a ground for divorce.

When you both are working then they cannot compel you to work. You people can easily engage a person to do household chores.

you can refuse tio stay with in laws 

ask husband to stay separte near his parents 

you are at liberty to file for divorce 

engage a cook and maid for household  chores 

you can offer to pay for the maid and cook 

if husband and in laws refuse to agree shift to separte accommodation
