Sir when would be the next date of pronouncing judgement So we dont need to attend the court again?
- If the statement of both the parties recorded in the second motion , then the matter is fixed for passing the judgment .
- Further, as the status says ADR i.e. to settle the dispute out of court , it means the statement has not been recorded due to some disputes ,and hence the next date is not for final decree of mutual divorce .
In the final hearing, both the parties to the divorce case have to let in their evidence in the form of affidavit sworn before by stepping into the witness box.
The court may pass the orders after this process is completed.
After the process of letting in evidence by both the parties, the court will fix a date to pass the orders/judgment.
No doubt the parties need not appear again before court, they can clarify and confirm the orders through ecourts website itself.
The parties appear on the date of the second motion and the judge asks some formal questions so as to be sure that the parties are willing to be divorced.
Then the order is passed.
You have to attend the proceedings on th3 date of the second motion. The order will be passed on that day.
