Brother is Pune died intestate. Estate includes one immovable property (flat) and several bank/ investment accounts. Beneficiaries are Class 2 heirs ( five siblings living overseas). Need help with: - legal heir certificate - succession certificate - court order to banks to release information - order to building society to release keys to the flat - power of attorney from legal heirs authorizing two of the heirs to individually to handle estate matters.
