Hi Sir : Vinoth from this side.. under my name LOC pending (From salem police ).. But madras high court had quashed ( allowed ) .. waiting for oder copy .. You can apply for certified copy of HC order on urgent basis
then travel abroad for work purposes
Whether the high court has passed an order to remove LOC against you is not known, i.e., whether you have applied before high court seeking removal of LOC or not is also known.
If there is no order from court to remove LOC hen the immigration department will not permit you to travel abroad until you produce the order copy specifically mentioning the the removal of LOC against your name.
The divorce or settlement or your wife's consent to withdraw the compliant or the high court's order to quash FIR is not a proper document to remove LOC pending against yor passport.
You can file a petition before the trial court seeking orders removing LOC and suitable instructions to immigration department to permit you to travel abroad.
