Hi, I have withdrawn the suit that was filled before the first hearing and the court agreed to refund 100% of court fee. Can I get the refund only thru my lawyer ? is it possible to track and receive the court fee myself without involvement of anyone else ?

Since you have engaged a lawyer the court may not entertain your claim directly,
However you can file a petition to court to issue the refund check in your favor.
Please get a certified copy of the court order from the court registry ordering full refund of the court fee paid. You may have to follow up the refund from the registry.
No you can get the refund your self if you want to. Lawyers involvement is not necessary. Even the cheque or dd of refund will be in your name

You can do it yourself but the court fee refund formalities are to be done at SDM office. It can definitely be done without any lawyer's involvement.
The court fee will be returned to you after completing the necessary paperwork. For that go to the court's office and ask the clerk.
- Since, the court has ordered to refund the court fee paid by you at the time of filing the said suit , hence you are liable to take the amount individually
- You can move an application before the court to handover the original of the court fee to you after keeping a certified copy of the same in record.
- Hence, you can proceed for the same your self , if this suit was filed by you.
