Is there any time limit to appear for AIBE after passing LL.B?
I completed L.L. B. This August. I will get my final marksheets in October,2021. I'm planning to move to USA in November for three years . My questions are 1) If I don't enroll in State bar council now and after coming back from USA after three years can I enroll for State Bar council? 2) After coming back from USA after three years can I sit for AIBE? 3) After coming back from USA if I complete my LL.M. is that an advantage for AIBE? 4) I know that after enrolling Into State bar council I have to pass AIBE within two years. But if I don't enroll into State bar council what will happen?

You should enrol with state bar council at the earliest
you can sit for AIBE after coming back from USA
3) it is not necessary to complete your LLM . It is not an advantage for AIBE
4) there is no limit on number of attempts for clearing AIBE
1) If I stay in India and do not enroll for State Bar Council as I do not want to practice now then can I sit for AIBE after couple of years after enrolling into State Bar Council after couple of years. 2) I do not want to practice now. So, I don't want to enroll in State Bar council now. After couple of years I want to come back and enroll in State Bar Council and then practice and sit for AIBE . Is that possible?

It is better you approach state bar council for necessary clarifications
you should enrol yourself with state bar council and need not practice now
Relax, I myself enrolled in state bar council after more than 2 years of passing LLB.
Dear Sir/Ma'am
You are free to enroll with the bar council even after returning from abroad, you can sit for AIBE then also.
LLM makes no difference for AIBE.
Without passing AIBE, you cannot practice law in that state.
You are free to delay the AIBE for a few years, it makes no difference.
