• Need a contract or agreement draft

Hi, I am providing web hosting services to one of my clients. I want to declare through a contract or agreement that I will attach with my invoice that whatever activities he does on the website located at server offered by me, has nothing to do with me and I am in no way responsible for the profits, losses, or legalities of his business.

Is it possible?

Ms

Whatever you want to convey, you can in agreement unless it is illegal. But incorrect agreements cannot save interests of people. As bad cement cannot give stability to structure, always select good draftsman or lawyer to write your contracts. Good contract is like a stitch in time.

My website has some sample contracts, which you can check for having ideas.

Good luck.

You can enter into a written agreement with the other party.

You can draft with properly worded agreement suiting to the circumstances so that there is no legal ambiguities found at a later stage.

It is of course possible.

Dear sir/ma'am,

You can rightly enter into any agreement with your client to protect your interest. As long as any of the terms are not illegal, and are devoid of any unlawful act or omission, you have the right to form a contract with whomever you wish to.

However, it is important that the contract be drafted correctly and with lots of forethought so as to avoid any future legal complexities. There are a lot o f templates available online which you could use though it is always recommended to take the aid of a lawyer as way of caution. Thank you.
