How to get new adjournment date from court
Hi, I don't have birth certificate since i born at my village. Hence I have applied petition to issue the birth certificate from municipality at court. I got a order to present on May 19 at court. Since I have official work at out station , I could not present on the particular day. How can I get adjournment date from court. Will it create any problem?

This is the first time we are going to appear at may 19. And I heard like even case number also not alloted to us. In this situation is it fine if only my local lawyer will appear?

Yes, your lawyer can do the needful. He is supposed to know law and procedure, if not you.
Your lawyer will be able to prosecute the case in your absence. His appearance shall suffice. If case number has not been generated till now then it may be generated before the next hearing.
courts are closed for summer vacations . find out from your lawyer whether court is working during vacations . if so your advocate can appear on your behalf and seek adjournment
