Hello, My name Is Priyal Jain, I reside in India and I run an ecommerce shop on Etsy.com where most of the orders I get are from USA and other countries. Recently Etsy legal team suspended my account with a notification stating that somebody filed a case in US court against me for Trademarks Infringement and counterfeit.
