You have to file a suit seeking to cancel the auctioned sale of the property that belonged to you in the court of law.

You can also seek an order of injunction against the society to restrain them from alienating other properties that belong to you for any reason till the disposal of the main suit.

If the arbitration efforts have failed to fetch any fruitful result and you are still being deprived of your properties then you can revert to high court on the stay application that is pending for the outcome of arbitration results.

Dear Sir,

You have to share all the documents to get exact legal advise. Further if you are not okay with arbitration then challenge the order of High Court before Division Bench. The Property which is not in JRCH then it can be settled out of the Court.
