Dear Sir/Madam,

You are suggested to file the police complaint and also the complaint to cyber security regarding such blackmailing and the appropriate action would be taken against that company.

When you commit a wrong then you must be prepared to pay a price.

The problem arises manifold when the person is a coward  like you i

Even a fool can tell that they can do nothing except making empty threats.

You could have lodged a complaint with police as well.

When you have willingly chosen to sacrifice yourself at the altar of blackmailing racket then no one can save you.

Be a man and visit the local police station.

If you want I can speak on behalf of you to that company.  What are the reason and why they are troubling you and secondly why you are entertaining them till you have transfer so huge amount of 8 lakhs , after paying 1-2K you could have stop them.

So now make complaint in the nearest police station that so and so people has forcefully transferred 8 lakhs from your account and harassing still now a days.

There is no need to transfer any money. You have already made a huge mistake of transferring such huge amount.

You can lodge a criminal complaint against them for extortion, criminal intimidation and cheating.

Thereafter, you can demand them to return the money if they wish to get the cases withdrawn.

1. You can file a Police FIR, requesting investigation and charge-sheet, for offences like Threatening, Cheating, Intimidation, Fraud, Breach of Trust, Mischief etc.... against the person, supported with all relevant supporting Documents, Evidences & Witnesses.

2. IF the Police does not take action, THEN you can file private criminal case u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., in the local Magistrates court, seeking directions to the Police to investigate and file charge sheet. The said Person may come down for settlement.

After knowing that they fraud what made you to continue the correspondence or what made you to keep transferring the amount whatever they demanded, let them blackmail also, you should have been careful about stopping the transfer of amount when the demands are continuous.

The best option before you is that you report the matter to police and register a FIR.
