Ask her to provide copy of divorce. Might she not have divorced and may be a fraudster. If she dose not provide, find local lawyer in Bhubneshwar, provide him/her detail of your wife.He will obtain the order or verify if she is divorced or not.

And you should have asked the divorce order before marrying her. Don`t let her know your financial status.

Unless you can show that her action violates your right or if she tortures you, or if she has extra marital affairs you can proceed legally, otherwise just wait and watch.

- As per your submission , you both are divorcee , but the girl has not disclose the same from you at the time of marriage with you.

- For getting the copy of her divorce order , you can engage any local person or lawyer in Bhubneshwar.

- Otherwise , you can trance her first husband for getting full details .

- Further , during your life time she cannot claim any right over your property and investment legally.

You engage the services of an advocate and give him the details who may dig out the details unofficially.

For getting a copy of the divorce petition you may have to file a third party affidavit and give a vakalat to your advocate who will procure the same by  filing a copy application seeking certified copy of the desired petition

Dear Sir/Madam,

You are suggested to have the copy of her first divorce and all the documents related to that case. The same can be obtained from the court where the case was decided.

Yes you can get the copy of her divorce file by help of a local advocate of Bhuvneshwar.

1. You can send her a legal notice mentioning all that happened between you both and that you both are living separately ever since..... and ask her to agree for mutual consent divorce.

You can also mention that if she is not agreeing for mutual consent divorce then you will be pushed to file a contested divorce case for which she may have to face consequences accordingly.

2. You do not have to issue notice for contest separation, in the same notice as mentioned above, you can make a mention about this also.

1. You can file divorce case in the place of marriage or the place where you both last resided together or in the place where she currently resides.

If she is not agreeing for mutual consent divorce then you can file contested divorce case on the grounds of cruelty.

2. You cannot prove that she had taken it from your mobile without your consent or permission.

If you have documentary evidences to prove that she invaded your privacy you can plan to file a cyber criminal complaint against her, but how far it will be entertained has to be seen because the police  in general don't take action even if you provide substantial evidences on the dangerous crimes also until and unless it is very serious or they are being pressurised.
